Hi,
E-mail sync is a little more complex. ActiveSync filters on the amount of
time and the size of the e-mail to synchronize.
At this point all I can suggest is a soft reset before synchronizing so your
Pocket PC won't be slowed by other apps running in the background.
Another thought - separate e-mail into different folders and sync what you
need to and see if that's faster.
