Here is the information I got from Voq tech support. Thought I would =
share it.
In order to connect to Interne, you need to create a GPRS profile.
For T-mobile the relevant information is the APN :

T-Mobile - (VPN) internet3.voicestream.com=20
T-Mobile - (T-Zone) wap.voicestream.com --> ( Tzones account)=20
These are the settings:
- Press Home >Start >Settings >More >Data Connections >Menu >Edit =
Connections.=20
- Select GPRS Connections.=20
- Press Menu >Add.=20
- Enter the requested information as follows and press Done.
In Description, enter a name for the connection. (Tmobile)
In Connects to, select the type of network to which you will connect =
(normally The Internet).=20
In Access point, enter the information provided .
- Press Done until you reach - Data connections:
In the Internet Connection.Select Instead of >Automatic. The name of =
your profile
