I used to have a blackberry, and it had a large icon, right on the desktop
to allow you to turn off the "radio" function, so you could use your device
while on an airplane, or in a hospital - where they ask you to "turn off
your cell."

Now I have an HTC 6120 Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone - (camera, video,
mp3 player, etc)... and my wife in in the hospital having a baby... how can
I turn off the radio/cell feature so I don't disturb the monitoring systems
for all the babies!!!

Find the "Connections Manager" icon in the Start Menu, and launch it,
then select the "Phone" icon to toggle it off. Repeat to turn it back on
when you're a safe distance from the babies. ;-)
