 I'm having problems installing active sync 3.8...Every time I get to the
wizard to set up active sync...it gets up to 92%, and freezes there. I've
tried several times...can't get past 92%...I even disabled my
Norton...hoping that was the problem, but that didn't help...would
appreciate any help someone could give me on this. Thank You!

 Hi,
You have to wait for it to complete. It takes as long as 1 1/2 hours to
complete this step if you are using Virtual PC.
