Hey guys,
I have been with my current company for awhile now and am looking to
go out on my own. I was looking into various branches, focusing on
getting 100% commisiion. Well, i found a branch who claims that i get
100% plus SRP (service release premium) on my loans. The guy was
talking about typically an additional 10k -15k per month ON TOP of
origination and yield spread. And that the sky is the limit, etc, etc.
That i would basiclly getting half a point on my total volume per
month, etc. This was the first I have even heard of "SRP" and was
wondering if it is too good to be true or if there is a catch. So
basiclly what is SRP? thanks.
