 Good day!!

we have a team of developers who have leashes that a are a bit too long and
my fellow admins along with myself are tired of having to recover from a
BSOD on a production webserver in the middle of the night because someone
patched something in production, outside of maintenance windows that blew
the server up..

ahhhh venting officially over...

is there any tools that will both monitor registry changes and or system
changes on a 2003 server and log who made the change.. The tool cannot be
too invasive as far as resource useage as these are our production web
servers and are busy 24x7..
