I am having a problem adding trusted sites to a Windows Server 2003 system
with SP1 (slipstreamed). I keep getting the error "You have entered an
invalid wildcard sequence..." However, I am entering the sites exactly as
they appear in the invalid wildcard sequence dialog box itself (e.g.
*://*.microsoft.com, http://*.microsoft.com, etc). I have tried adding sites
without wildcards (e.g. microsoft.com).

The main reason for me doing this is to use the Microsoft Update site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Dan

I would just enter Microsoft.com which will then show *Microsoft.com. I have
never seen that not work. --- Steve
