You can send sms (text) messages via your provider...

There are a number of ways, but, within messenger, you have to select
the "Text Message" account, then restrict your message to less than the
providers limit (normally around 160 characters)

To see the address format, pick a contact with a mobile number, then
select "Send Text Message" ...in addition to selecting the
textmessaging account, the number must include the areacode and contain
only digits

The destination range is also often limited by your carrier... i.e.
North America and sometimes part of Europe for most USA phones.

Yeah Beverly that is alright and thanks for your help.. but I m trying
something different, I am trying to send E-Mail to a number if that is
possible anyways. Well my primary target is sending and receiving MMS
on Windows Mobile platform but I am not able to do that as there are no
API's exposed... Or if I have to use 3rd party API's..Where should I
get them and are they free. Please reply if you have any idea regarding
this.

Thanks for your time Beverly.

Dipesh.
