Vince,
If it says Administrator (not the group Administrators) then
you need to be logged in as that one account; but I suspect
you just forgot the ending s and it says the group.
Have you tried running this with that third-party anti-malware
shut off? Since this is apparently a fairly fresh install, you
should be able to answer: was there any server configuration
for security tightening done before SCW was tried, like say
altering services or altering filesystem/registry permissions
or like using policy to adjust user rights or DCom/Rpc, etc.?
Roger

Hi Roger,

I have disable the McAfee, and SCW have been running successfully.
but after that, when i try to go to >Administrative tools > Domain Controller
Security Policy, it prompted out saying that :
Failed to Open Group Policy Object, You may not have appropriate rights.
the Specified domain is either does not exist or could not be contacted.

what should i do?

thanks and regards,
vince

Check that the configuration for DNS support is correct.
Also, at a cmd prompt try running the netdiag and dcdiag
utilities to see what they have to say.
