URL's returned for MAPI items -- contain invalid characters on the end of the
URL. This is especially apparent when you view them as UNICODE (as it
sometimes generates invalid unicode).
It LOOKS like it might be the PR_ENTRYID field -- but it doesn't seem to be
that in all cases.
Regardless, it's a bug -- because the string returned is mixing byte data
and UNICODE string data -- to general the mapi URL.
