I have a Gateway MX-7120 laptop with an ATI Radeon X200 graphics ship-set.
Lately the screen will flicker on and off. Gateway says it's probably a
loose LCD hinge but rebooting will fix the problem. There is some slack in
opening & closing the lid. Is this really a hardware problem or is it the
graphics driver / chip set?
