Nothing is wrong with your computer it is a known bug using wireless
keyboard/mouse with some systems..it does prove that is probably the
wireless software that caused the problem..maybe your boss dosen't use a
media remote control (TV) and that could be why his dosen't have the
problem. Sorry to here none of the normal methods did not work for you. If
you do install the software again check the items in start up first then
after you have installed the software see if any exra items have been
added...only untick those items.
