I have a page of archived newspaper articles. This week I did the "good
thing" and placed them in a <div id="content"> wrapper.

Now when I select an item the page blinks in Mozilla. Though in Firefox
and IE it's fine. I'm worried about this because it could affect some
people with health problems related to frequent blinking displays.

I also have another problem, this time with the home page. It looks
fine in both Mozilla 1.8.6 and IE 6 ... but nooooo in Firefox.

The two URLs in question:

http://www.uwto.org/transit_fparticles.html
http://www.uwto.org/
http://www.uwto.org/css/layout3.css
http://www.uwto.org/css/uwto.css
