I have a smartphone running Windows Mobile 6 and I want to save emails so
that I can access then later.

I have set up an email account that downloads copies of emails from my pop3
email account to my smartphone via GPRS however when I subsequently download
those emails to my laptop running outlook and delete them from the pop3
server they subsequently disappear from my smartphone. I.e. the smarthone is
always in sync with the pop3 server. There appears to be no means of saving
a email permanently on the smartphone, no menu option, without syncing with
my laptop and saving from inside Outlook.

Any ideas?

1. Move them, from Inbox, to a separate folder inside Messaging. Then,
they'll stay.

2. Backup / export them with PIM Backup.
