The A30 does not power-up. When AC adaptor is plugged in some LEDs
light up on the front and the Wireless Communication LED is ON (strange
because not wireless enabled). Pressing ON button does nothing. When AC
adaptor is unplugged and battery is installed, no LEDs are lit.
Pressing ON button causes the same LEDs to light, but does not powerup
laptop.

Could a short-circuit somewhere cause the Wireless Communication LED to
light? Could this be the primary fault?

Any ideas, new main board would be too expensive, try anything!
