Samsung Blackjack: How to stop the reminder madness? Jason 10-30-2007

Hi,

I have a Blackjack running on AT&T, with Windows Mobile 5 and Good
Mobile Messaging 4.9.

My problem is as follows. When I power up, I get reminders for dozens
of events dating back from a long time ago up to the present. I
select "Dismiss all" and they go away... Until the next time I power
up. Or, in some cases, until the next time the device syncs up with
the server. I don't mind reminders for future events where I've set
up the calendar entry to remind me, but it is annoying to keep
dismissing the same historical events over and over again. How do I
get it to stop?

Thanks...

...Jay

I'm having the same problem. Every single reminder set in my Blackjack pops
up at the same time - is there a way to fix this or is it something we have
to live with until the new version comes out?

Same problem here with the Blackjack spitting out completely random
reminders. Some times from the past, sometimes from the future, but all the
time they make NO SENSE!

I manage 20+ Blackjacks and this is driving my users nuts. Talk about
making a great tool completely useless. Any ideas from MVPs would be
appreicaited.

Yums
