I feel exactly the same. I gather this is a phone 'skin' provided by
Orange. As I am using an unlocked Orange phone on O2, Orange technical
support are not prepared to speak to me but if you have an Orange
contract you might be able to try them?
I did come accross references by googling to downloads for new phone
skins for I-mate JAMins but not all the functions (particularly call
history) were preserved so I haven't risked them.
If you do find a way of making the change then please post how you did
it.
