Please log in for more thread options I did all the steps in from the windows site you gave and nothing works. I
did the registry repair as well and nothing. I get the same error codes that
sp3 didn't completely install then it uninstalls. I have no anti virus or
spyware per ms tech. The head tech guys are supposed to call tonight so
maybe they can fix. Any other ideas while I wait? Thanks
