I am having a problem with a Net::SNMP Set request.
It says that the server that I am sending the set request to does not

exist, however I am able to use a get request to retrieve information

from the server. Can anyone help me please?

Fortunately there is only one possibility.

How can we answer your question without seeing any code?

We can try to guess ;)

SNMP servers generally use two different community names.
One for Getting, one for Setting.

You can Get because you know the former.
You cannot Set because you have the wrong later.

And SNMP servers do not reply back (generally) when you
have wrong community name.
