Okay, so I was at work today on my break, texting someone. I never got the
message saying it had sent, and was looking around for any confirmation. I
saw memory was lower than usual, so I deleted 2 ringtones thinking that may
help, because I have no idea.

Then I powered it off, thinking it may clear some up.

Heres where the problem is. I powered it on, and it hangs at the... well, I
replaced the screen, but when it's loading up everything.

It'll show the Rogers firmware number, then go to the loading screen, reset
back to Rogers firmware number, go to loading screen, reset back to Rogers
firmware number, go back to loading screen, and then it hangs at the loading
screen. It resets 3 times, and hangs.

Sooooo... is there a hard reset or anything somewhere??? This is not cool,
it's less than a month old.

Try removing the battery, then put it back in and power it on. See if that
helps.

No, I've done that. I just needed to know how to reset the phone, but I
figured that out. Thanks anyhow.

I had to reset it and lose all my stuff, so that wasn't great, but at least
it's back to working again :S
