Hi,

I just finished configuring my second Audiovox SMT5600 for the
corporate email system running Exchange 2003 and I am experiencing the
same issue with both of them. The first time it connects to activesync
it pulls down their inbox, calender, contacts, etc. The next time they
go to sync, it says they do not have permission with this error "Your
account does not have permission to sync with your current settings."
If I then go into the connection settings, change their username by one
character, and sync again. It will prompt me for the correct username,
and when I remove the extra character, it will sync properly. Though,
if the user tries to sync again it will error out (again with the
permission error).

We also have two Treo 650 phones that use versamail to connect to
Exchange via ActiveSync w/out any issues.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Brian
