I am looking at reading SIF encoded GIS data. After searching the web,
I found out that ArchView has a product to do this. I was also looking
at SIF specifications, but didn't come across. I was wondering if
anyone here could point me to online resources/specs and/or books that
would contain information, as well as any open source project/library
that I could use to write a SIF reader?
