SEO Reports etc?

im interested in knowing what type of reports are produced through SEO
consultancies for clients?

ATM im using IBP to auto generate them however im 99% positive its not
really telling me or my clients anything of worth

are there any stock / sample reports i should know about? or excel
templates that are in wide usage?

I find that every web site promotion project requires a tailor-made
SEO plan. I don't think you can make a template describing what needs
to be done in the <head> or within the content or whatever. One
Internet job will require attention to elements that are not
neccessary in the next web project.

got any starter points, ive searched google for seo xls and found some
nice logs but in the immortal words of jonny 5 - need input ;)
