Hello,
Help please.
I have download ActiveSync 4.5 to my Dell Axim X51 but during
synchronisation I get the following error message:
RunTime Error
Program files\ Microsoft ActiveSync\WCES Mgr.exe
R 6025
- pure virtual function call
The synchroniation process closes down and I am asked to send an error
report to Microsoft. This I have done a few times but have now stoped sending
the report.
I have tried unistallling ActiveSync 4.5 and reinsrtalling but I still get
the same error message.
I use Office 2003 with service pack 2. I have also installed Ultrasoft Money
to synchronise with my Money 2004 (UK edition). I uninstalled and reinstalled
Ultrasoft but without success in curing this RunTime error.
All suggestions welcome.
