Does your installation pass Windows Genuine Validation?
Didi you get Rollup Update 2 from http://oem.microsoft.com?
Did you have Update Rollup 1 installed?

If you answered NO to either of these questions, I am afraid you might not
get much help at this point in time.

I have upgraded 3 machines and I can answer "yes" to each of the questions
above.
