 I guess not...not according to the Verizon help people I emailed. So...in a
phone this nice...no way to get my own personalized ring tones?

 You can use any sound file as a ring tone. All you need to do is copy them
onto you phone.

This is Kevin from Palm. You can add midi ringtones from other sources.
You can find more information on this in the Palm Knowledge Library
