In our infrastrucutre, we have a wireless network requiring device certs for
access. How do I request (and subsequently install) a device cert on my
Samsung SCH-i730?

I'm looking for the same answer. I was able to successfully install our
company's root certificate (when I check the Root Store, the cert was in
there) by downloading and building an app from the MSDN site. I forget the
link, but the application's name when built with the settings as downloaded
is "spAddCert". I then copied my personal certificate to my MPx220 and
clicked on it in File Manager. It asked if I wanted to install the
certificate. I responded to the affirmative, and I received no errors.
However, when I check the certificate stores, rather than having placed my
cert in the personal store, it places it in the root store.

Let me know if you figure out the answer.

Did you ever try using the Certificate CSP as described in that thread? You
should be able to install certificates into the MY store over RAPI using
that method.

Scott:

It's on my to-do list. I got pulled into another project with higher
priority, but am still keeping an ear to the ground in this area.

Thanks for following up.
