Hi:

I have a Sony VGC-RA716G desktop (MCE2005) and Windows Vista Upgrade
Advisor says that my installed Sony MPEG Realtime Encoder Board is not
compatible with Vista. Sony has apparently elected not to put out a Vista
driver for this board. A previous posting sometime back indicated that if I
upgraded to Vista I would lose my TV capabilities etc.

Is there a recommended replacement PCI TV Tuner card or whatever I would
need to replace my current MPEG Encoder Board that would allow me to upgrade
to Vista?

Thanks,

ColTom2

If your staying with analog I would recommend the PVR-500

Do you have a recommendation for TV Tuner capable of both analog and
digital?

Thanks,

ColTom2

I do not, as rather than upgrading my MCE box again I started using a
Comcast HD DVR, but I'm sure someone will be along with a recommendation for
you.
