Hey everyone,
Im trying to replace our current internal ca issued cert on our exchange
2003 OWA in IIS 6.0.
The problem is that when you are confronted with the options of 'Renew',
'Remove', 'Replace', 'Export', or 'Copy' in the IIS Cert Wizard, the option
to 'Replace' is grayed out! I can't select it.
Is 'Replace' grayed out if the store does not contain any other certs
available for import? Why would it be grayed out?
I do have Q29528 available; and it is logical, however, it depends on the
'Replace' option BEING an option.
I can't 'Renew' because I need to correct the name on the cert to the proper
URL.
I can't 'Remove' because it will cause disruption in the use of OWA, my
director thinks this should be 'seemless'. I'm thinking not at this point.
If I knew that using Q295281 and getting the cert with a 'dummy' site would
result in the 'Replace' radio button becoming available, then I could
continue and get this over with....Thawte is taking its sweet time in getting
back to me.
Thoughts please? Thanks so much for any info!
