Please log in for more thread options Before that, have you tried a 'soft reset'? Typically a physical process
having you poke the stylus into a small hole somewhere on the device. This
is like re-booting a PC. Anything saved is preserved, anything in memory is
lost, but there is usually not much like this.. an open word document
possibly...something like that. It does forcibly shut down all programs,
though some may restart due to startup settings.
