Repair installations of MCE are generally considered a bad idea. Best =
to start over from scratch.
As to creating partitions, with Disk Management, No. You must already =
have the unpartitioned space available. Disk Management does not include =
the ability to resize existing partitions. For this you need a utility =
like BootIt Next Generation (disk and boot manager) or Partition Magic.
