You would probably get more help posting to an XP group, this one is for
problems specific to Media Center.
However, that particular error *generally* indicated hardware or device
driver problems.
Have you added any hardware after the initial load of XP? If so, you can try
removing everything except the basics, try to load Windows, do updates, then
start adding hardware back to the system?
You also can try going into the BIOS and turn off any memory caching
temporarily.
That error showed up a bit for system that upgraded from Win2K because of
some incompatible video cards in some systems.
