If you can not find the email, you are pretty much out of luck.
That is the reason that if I buy any program key online, I print the email
and save the print out in a file folder (paper).
Plus if possible, I burn a CD with the downloaded program and the program
key, the Email and/or the HTML. That way both the downloaded program and the
emailed key are on the CD.
