I have several users who are using Mobile 5 Smartphones with the
feature pack installed. I installed the MobileAdmin web tool, and I
search for these users under the Remote Wipe section. It finds the
users ok, but it says no devices could be found for this mailbox. They
are able to sync successfully with their mailbox both in the cradle and
wirelessly. How do I set up the partnership so that it shows in the
MobileAdmin tool?

Thanks

When I went into the tool and entered the users email address i.e.
janedoe@janedoe.com it gave me the option to wipe the unit. I don't
remember the specific words because I did my testing from work.

You need to have the MSFP on your phones
