Please log in for more thread options I do not think the box is a PVR box so the record option may mean that the
box is supplying output over a Fire wire connection.
You need a dual tuner STB if you want to watch one live program while you
record another;
I would suggest getting the Comcast PVR box to satisfy this capability if
you want it.
