When ever I try to record a show or movie on any channel I get the message:
Recording Canceled
"name of show" Cannont be recorded. Restricions set by the broadcaster
and/or originator of the content prohibit recording of this program.
This just started last week. Previously I was able to record anything
without any problems. My Cable provider is Shaw Cable. I am running MCE 2005.
I recently installed dcut to edit out commercials and also the sonic encoders
to burn DVD's.
I searched all over the internet to see if anyone else was having this
problem and I can only find issues with HBO.
I dont have HBO, this message is on all channels.
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
