As near as I can figure out from the quote, Eric is admitting that his
"evidence" is not necessarily true, valuable or interesting to
intelligent people. Well, I can certainly agree with that! I would also
agree with him that this "evidence" probably is indeed fascinating to
people whose intelligence may only be likely.
