Let me expand on "available" . . . .
It's 'available' to the public on a county-supplied hard drive (500GB?) at a
cost of $350.
Unfortunately, the files are NOT available on their website. Last time I
spoke to them about this, some clue-less employee stated the reason was
'bandwidth concerns'.
