 Is it possible in Win2k3 SP1 to lock down the access to the RDP port
by IP address?

Please log in for more thread options
 You can edit the scope on the Windows Firewall rule for RDP to only allow
that one IP address. You could also use IPSec. There is also a tool by 2x
(http://www.2x.com/securerdp/) that allows you to limit access by several
different parameters.

Is there around a program that ask the remote client a password, and if
inserted correctly, brings you to the "real" remote logon prompt?
