Here's a couple of questions about the msn toolbar's extensibility. I hope
somebody can answer them...
1.) How do you make an add-in like the weather plugin?
2.) Is it possible to make such an add-in with managed code? (C# or VB.NET)
3.) What is the format of the header.xml file within the .cab package?
4.) The extensions_readme.txt file states that the .cab package should be
signed how do you do that?
