You can change the DVD region in the device manager and select the DVD drive
get the properties you should see a tab that says DVD region. You can only
change the region on most drives 5 times before the region selection becomes
permament. You might want to buy AnyDVD from Slysoft.com, it will allow you
to play any DVD no matter what region it is without changing the DVD drives
region automatically.
