Hello,
I would like to buy the Qtek 8310.
With Windows Mobile 5, is it possible to change the language dictionary to
write mail, sms... in English, French, or Dutch...

Yes, no problem to have the phone OS in one language, and change
texting-dictionaries on the go..

Press and hold * when typing in a message.
