There may be a problem with that server trying to contact the domain
controller though that would more than likely affect other users also. Look
in the security log, after making sure that logging for account logon is
enabled, to see if there are any failed logons for that user and the reason
why. Run the support tool netdiag on that server to make sure it's
networking and domain configuration look correct. The user could also be
using persistent credentials for a mapped drive that are wrong to access
that server or if he is using Windows XP Pro he may be using stored
credentials that are incorrect and can be cleared. --- Steve
