I've put a post up here before and had no resolution. There are other posted
with very similar problem yet still no one has a fix.

In short,
It would seem that MSN search has no ability to search 'Public folders'
greater than 1 folder deep. That is, if you add a public folder to your
favourite list that is just one folder deep, MSN has no problem searching
that folder. The problem occurs when you have a Public Folder which is
anything greater than 1 folder deep. The favourites shows all sub folders and
the indexer shows a substantial increase in files to index, yet when you try
to search for a specific item in the public folder you get NO RESULTS.

Has anyone experienced this, or know of a solution.

I don't know if it will change anything, but check out your 'custom folders
and e-mail locations' and make sure every sub-folder is checked. It looks
like if you check a folder, the sub-folders are automatically checked by
default, so your subfolders should already be on the list of things to
index.
