Hi,
I'm trying to clear up a number of problems on my windows XP (SP2) system,
such as possible disk controller problems and "kernel_stack_inpage_error"
stop messages, but I'll start with the MSN search toolbar first.
I decided to remove the toolbar so ran the uninstaller from the add/remove
programs screen. The problem is that the process sits with the progress bar
at 100% and never completes. Is there a way to clean out the toolbar
completely without running the uninstaller.
Also acrobat reader updates are being blocked, and the event log shows this
to be due to a suspended msn search bar installation. Are these problems
related?
Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks
