What is the exact error message if any that the user gets when they try to
logon? What exactly happens? Is this for network or console logon? See if
any logon failures are recorded in the security log of the server. You would
need to make sure that logging of logon events is enabled in Local Security
Policy which it should be by default in Windows 2003. By default a regular
user will not be able to logon to the console of a domain controller. ---
