I just got a new Dell Computer today with Windows XP Media Center [no tv
tuner].....i tried out a dvd to see if it worked, and it opened up media
center, and it was working great....then later on i clicked the media center
icon in the start menu and it said

"application has generated an exception that could not be handled....."

Click OK to terminate the application
Click CANCEL to debug the application

Is there a reason I should be having a problem with this when the computer
isn't even 5 hours old?? I really dont feel like calling Tech support the
first day getting this thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
