I'm an Italian student excuse for my inglish.
I've a problem with mapserver on linux operative system: I've made a .map
file with a web object like:
....
WEB
TEMPLATE "es_templ.html"
IMAGEPATH "/var/www/html/tmp/tmp_a"
IMAGEURL "/tmp/tmp_a"
END
....
When I go to the my page on the browser it give to me an error:
msSaveImageGD(): Unable to access file. Unable to open file
/var/www/html/tmp/tmp_aes711099547694303.gif for writing
Somebody can help me to understand what's wrong?

Yes, but the permission for tmp and tmp_a are 777: they are on for writing,
reading and execute to evrybody!

You need to have trailing slashes after the directory names, like so:
IMAGEPATH "/var/www/html/tmp/tmp_a/"
IMAGEURL "/tmp/tmp_a/"

OK, now the error is:
msSaveImageGD(): Unable to access file. Unable to open file
/var/www/html/tmp/tmp_a/es711099547694303.gif for writing
! What can I do?
