Hi
I have suddenly started to have shutdown problems with my Orange SPV C500.
The only way I can power off is by holding down the on/off button for 60
seconds.
Is there a way I can resolve this? Thanks

I have also a problem to shutdown the SPV C500 ; I think it's due to a
software I previously installed but I don't know the software I must
uninstall...

When I press the button, The SPV start to shutdown, I wait minutes and
minutes and the SPV don't achieve the shutdown. I have to remove the power
supply in order to "shutdown it".

Any one has a solution for that ?

Try turning off Bluetooth before you shut down. I have read in a few
places that if BT is active it may interfere with shutdown.

Thank you , GeniusJones, for your comments. I actually do not use BT so that
cannot be the problem. I have tried to close all tasks before shutting down
but still the issues persist.

My wife has the same phone and her's has started to have the same problem.

Regards-Mike
