For all of you having problems w/ unexplained and unresolved sync errors ....

CHECK YOUR ANTIVIRUS

We are using Panda AdminSecure at a particular account, and the Client
Shield for Outlook was the culprit. Panda had a hot fix and now all is well.

I suppose it could be the same w/ others also.

I'm glad this worked for your situation but it wasn't the key for mine. I've
got McAfee and I've completely disabled it and turned off the firewall
thinking that it might be getting in the way. Same issue. It goes into
"Looking for Changes" and then bombs out with "Syncronization Error".

We are running AdminSecure also and I have been having issues. I was only
able to sync via WiFi and not USB. This hotfix took care of it.
